In-store experiences struggled to capture attention beyond traditional displays. Customers often passed by brand visuals without interaction, limiting emotional engagement and social sharing opportunities.
Create an experience that invites interaction without asking for it. The installation needed to shift seamlessly from brand storytelling to personal engagement—responding naturally to human presence while reinforcing strong brand identity.
A large-format interactive digital mirror designed in the custom shape of a U.S. Polo Assn. shopping bag, transforming a familiar brand symbol into a living experience.






Gamification elements encouraged exploration and repeat engagement,
while the custom physical form strengthened brand recall by blending design, technology, and identity.
When no user was present, the display functioned as a dynamic brand canvas—playing curated USPA videos. The moment a customer stepped in front of it, AI-powered human body detection triggered an instant transition into a digital mirror.
Users could pose, interact, and capture photos, turning a casual moment into a playful, shareable experience. Human-centered design focused on comfort, privacy, and speed, ensuring the experience felt empowering rather than intrusive.
